Polycondensation production process of polycarbonate
Polycarbonate is a polymer widely used in plastics, fibers, etc. There are two main preparation methods: one is to polycondensate dimethyl carbonate and glycol under the action of a catalyst to produce polycarbonate, and the other is to polycondensate phthalic anhydride and glycol to produce polycarbonate.
Among them, the polycondensation reaction of dimethyl carbonate is a widely used method. Its process flow mainly includes the following steps:
• Pretreatment: Add a certain amount of catalyst to the reactor, and add dimethyl carbonate to the reactor for pretreatment to remove other impurities.
• Polycondensation reaction: Add glycol to the pretreated dimethyl carbonate, and heat the reaction to a certain temperature to perform the polycondensation reaction. During the reaction process, the glycol and dimethyl carbonate will undergo an esterification reaction to form polycarbonate.
• Separation: Cool the reaction product and separate the product and catalyst by repeated washing, centrifugation and other methods.
• Processing: Polycarbonate is prepared into the required products through processing and molding.

N-Acetyle glucosamine(NAG) was officially approved as a new food raw material by the National Health Commission on January 24, 2023. N-Acetyle glucosamine(NAG) is an important component of many important polysaccharides in biological cells.
As the first drafting unit, Runde Bio formulated two industry standards, "N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine" QB/T 5854-2023 and "Glucosamine" QB/T 5853-2023, which were issued on May 22 this year and implemented on November 1.
