Properties: 1,2-propylene glycol is a colorless, viscous, transparent liquid, miscible in water, acetone, ethyl acetate and chloroform, soluble in ether. It can be dissolved in many essential oils, but is immiscible with petroleum ether, paraffin and grease.

Factory
The two factories cover an area of 500 acres and have an annual output of 200,000 tons. The existing process will be technically transformed in early 2024, and the production capacity is expected to reach 460,000 tons by the end of the year.
